Our Company was originally incorporated under the name “Hamps Bio Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Haveli on January 02 2007. Subsequently the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to “Hamps Bio Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on June 08 2023. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on July 12 2023 by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat.
