The Company was incorporated on 25th March 1988 as HI-TECHWINDING SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. under the Companies Act 1956in the state of Gujarat. It was subsequently converted intopublic limited company by passing special resolution in itsExtra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 9 1995and obtained certificate from ROC on October 6 1995 andits name changed to Hitech Winding Systems Limited.The company is engaged in the manufacture of Paper Tubesand Cones for the cotton as well as the synthetic yarnindustries since December 1988. The products of thecompany are used as bobbins for winding yarns of all windsboth natural as well as men-made. They are also used ascloth rollers for the domestic as well as export market.Originally the company had installed one line each formanufacture of tubes and cones along with auxiliarypreparatory and finishing equipment. During the year1993-94 the capacity of both products was enhanced by theinstallation of an additional line each for tubes andcones. Over the last Seven years the company hasestablished itself as a leading manufacturer of paper tubesand cones in Gujarat in terms of product range and quality.The company has developed a loyal client base among a widespectrum of industries including such well-known names asthe Arvind Group Mafatlal Group Bhilwara Group ModernGroup Asarwa Mills and many others.
