Our company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name “Graphisads Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 25 1987 issued by the Registrar of Companies Delhi & Haryana. Subsequently our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to “Graphisads Limited” vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 15 December 2022 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies Delhi & Haryana dated January 03 2023.
