Our Company was originally incorporated on July 30 2010 as a Private Limited Company as “GP Eco Solutions India Private Limited” vide Registration No. 041528 under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Kanpur. Subsequently pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extra ordinary General Meeting held on October 25 2023 our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed to “GP Eco Solutions India Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on November 17 2023 by the Registrar of Companies Kanpur.
