The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company in the name and style of Goldstar Battery Private Limited by Mulji Pansara and Amratlal Pansara and received a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies Gujarat on July 12 1999 bearing Registration No. 04-36274. Consequently the name of Company was changed Goldstar Power Private Limited vide a Change of Name certificate dated July 13 2017 issued by Registrar of Companies Gujarat and special resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members held on July 1 2017. Further it was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 15 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Goldstar Power Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited dated July 21 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies Gujarat.
