The Company was originally incorporated as G. M. Polyplast Private Limited on November 27 2003 at Mumbai Maharashtra as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra. Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 06 2020 and the name of the Company was changed to “G M Polyplast Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated July 30 2020 was issued by Registrar of Companies Mumbai being Corporate Identification Number U25200MH2003PLC143299.The Company is promoted by Mr. Dinesh Balbirsingh Sharma and Ms. Sarita Dinesh Sharma who are the guiding force behind all the strategic decisions of the Company. the Promoters have Corporate and Entrepreneurial Experience.
