We received a fresh certificateof incorporation consequent upon the change of our name to Global Helicorp Private Limited on July 22 2003.Subsequently we changed our name to Global Vectra Helicorp Private Limited and were issued a freshcertificate of incorporation consequent upon this change in name on September 20 2004. Upon our conversionto a public limited company we became Global Vectra Helicorp Limited on October 10 2005.We are one of the largest dedicated offshore transportation services helicopter company in India servicing theoil and gas exploration and production sector in India. We are an ISO 9001-2000 ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS18001-1999 certified aviation Company. Our fleet operates to transport crew and supplies between offshore andonshore bases. We have serviced several offshore contracts since our inception in 1998.
