The Company was originally incorporated under the name “Global Pet Industries Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra on July 30 2013. Subsequently the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of the Company was changed to “Global Pet Industries Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on January 06 2023. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on April 24 2023 by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U29253MH2013PLC246402.Mr. Bipin Nanubhai Panchal and Mrs. Nisha Bipin Panchal were the initial subscriber to the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Mr. Bipin Nanubhai Panchal are current promoter of the company.
