GLANCE FINANCE LTD. was incorporated as a Private LimitedCompany on 21st September 1994 with Registrar of CompaniesMaharashtra Bombay and subsequently converted into aPublic Limited Company on 28th September 1994 by passing aSpecial Resolution in the Extra-ordinary General Meetingheld on 24th September 1994. The company is carrying thebusiness of Leasing Investment Banking and Money marketoperations and Company intends to carry on the business ofLeasing also. Since the Company does not propose to acceptany deposits from the Public it has not been rated by theCredit Rating Agency. There are no non-performing assets.The original subscribers to the Memorandum and the firstdirectors were Mr. Sandeep Srivastava and Mr. Rajesh Dograholding 10 shares each on the date of incorporation i.e.21.09.94. Subsequently the present directors viz. Mr. Padam Jain Smt. Shashi Jain and Mr. Anil Jain wereappointed as directors on 22.09.1994. The Company was takenover by the present directors. Hence the first directors resigned on 23.09.94.SUBSIDIARYThe Company does not have any subsidiary company.
