The Company was incorporated as ‘Getalong Enterrprise Private Limited’ under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 29 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. Thereafter pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 18 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai the name of the Company was changed to ‘Getalong Enterprise Private Limited’ Thereafter pursuant to the conversion of the Company to a public limited company the name of the Company was changed to ‘Getalong Enterprise Limited’ pursuant to special resolution passed by the Shareholders at its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 28 2021 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 12 2021 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.The Company is managed by the Promoters Director Sweety Rahul Jain and Westpac Investments Private Limited.Major events and milestones of the Company :2020- Incorporation of the Company- Receipt of Importer-Exporter Certificate2021- Crossed turnover of ? 50 Crores- Conversion of the Company from private limited company to public limited company- Acquired the Subsidiary Company namely “Adrian Trading Private Limited”- Acquired the Subsidiary Company namely “Rutuja Textiles Private Limited”- ISO Certificate 9001:2015 for Quality Management System
