Road Malad (West) Bombay -400064.MAIN OBJECT OF THE COMPANYThe main objects of the Company as set out in its Memorandum andArticles of Association are as follows:To carry on the business in or outside India of constructionworks and that of Builders Developers Contractors or allkinds of works viz. Road Bridges Buildings Industrial/Residential/ Commercial or otherwise Factories Factory ShedsIndustrial Complexes masanory works of all types landdevelopments and/ or of soil investigations and contractor ofCentral Public Works Departments other Government bodies orSemi-Government bodies or Civil Bodies.PRESENT ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANYThe Company is engaged in Real Estate Promotion Constructionand Development of Industrial Premises (Galas) or Plots atgrowth centres in various States encouraging industrialdevelopment and various incentives.The Company has started its operations from April 94 and theCompany proposes to purchase 41 acres of land out of whichcompany has already purchased 19.05 acres of land nearPatalganga in the villages Honad and Dheku Taluka - KhalapurDist. Raigad (the agreement value of which is Rs. 75.18 lacs).The total area to develop and construct is 6.84 lakh sq.ft. forindustrial plots sheds and galas with different specificationsand most modern innovative designs and systems. Negotiationsare going on for the purchase of balance land for the envisagedproject.The development and construction work will be undertaken in aphased manner and in the first phase the Company proposes todevelop an area of around 17 acres.
