Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Mahabir Metallex Private Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 13 2014. Further The Company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 07 2014 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to Mahabir Metallex Limited.Initially the registered office of the company was situated at 143 Jagriti Enclave Delhi - 110092.
