With a view to expand itsactivities such as lease hire purchase consumer financecorporate finance investments merchant banking fundssyndication etc. The company converted into a PublicLimited Company on 22nd March 1995 with change of name toFRONTLINE FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED vide specialResolution passed on 4th March 1995 and obtained a freshCertificate of Incorporation.The Company is presently engaged in the business of Financeand Investors Services on behalf of Companies which hadapproached the Capital Market. The Company is a profitmaking Company. The Company now plans to expand anddiversify its business activities to suit the changedbusiness environment in the Country''s Economy consequent tothe advent of liberation resulting in accelerating growthof Trade and industrial activities. The role ofNon-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs) is increasing day byday as these NBFCs provide the finance faster and renderpersonalised prompt services. Further as is evident withthe economic liberalisation the avenues for finance andfinancial services are increasing tremendously.
