The Company was started in 2014 by Mr. Sayyed Hamid with headquarters in Cochin Kerala. the Company was originallyincorporated as “Fone4 Communications (India) Private Limited” on May 8 2014 vide certificate of incorporation bearingCorporate Identity No. U51506KL2014PTC036625 under the provisions of Companies Act 2013 issued by the Registrar ofCompanies Kerala and Lakshadweep.
