Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Focus Lighting And Fixtures Limited pursuant to conversion into a public company vide Shareholders’ approval on October 12 2016 and fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 22 2017. The registered office of the company is situated at 1007-1010 Corporate Avenue Wing A Sonawala Road Near Udyog Bhawan Goregaon (East) Mumbai Maharashtra India.KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY :2005-The company was incorporated as Focus Lighting and Fixtures Private Limited.2016-The turnover crossed Rs. 50 Cr.-Issue of bonus shares in ration of 50:1 to the shareholders.-Company was converted into Public Limited Company. AWARDS :2013-VM&RD Retail Design Awards- Best Lighting for Mini Cooper.2014-VM&RD Retail Design Awards- Best Lighting for Mini Cooper.-VM&RD Retail Design Awards- Best Lighting for The Arvind Store-Ahmadabad.2015-VM&RD Retail Design Awards- Best Lighting for GAS.-VM&RD Retail Design Awards- Best Lighting for D Decor.
