The Company was originally incorporated on September 26 2010 as a Private Limited Company as “Exhicon Events Media Solutions Private Limited” vide Registration No. 208218 under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. Subsequently pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 12 2022 the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ‘Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on January 2 2023 by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. We also help the clients in getting the requisite permissions and licenses for the events. the clients include various state Governments domestic associations and international clients. We also provide services to various domestic trade fair organizers.
