Certificateof commencement of business was obtained on 25th May 1993.It is wholly owned subsidiary of Usha (I)Ltd. The companyhas been incorporated to address the construction &infrastructural needs of the nation. The main object ofthe company is to provide Housing buildings Industrial andCommercial Complexes and to contribute to overalldevelopment of Urban Living.The company is engaged in development of Multi StoreyedBuildings Commercial Complex and Real Estate promotion.The Company at present has 4 projects in hand with anaggregate value of Rs.7.6 croresThe company so far has not developed anycommercial/residential complex.The Company has also been providing construction managementservices for group in housing projects e.g. commercial cumresidential complex at Ghaziabad Commercial Complex atJaipur Hotel Sites at Bhimtal Kosi and Mussoorie. Atpresent construction management services are being providedfor others in housing commercial industrial and officecomplexes at Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate at NewDelhi Software Centre at Gurgaon and civil works atMalvika Steel Ltd. Jagdishpur etc.
