Fastrack Investment Services & Commercial Advisors Ltd.(FISCAL) (formerly Fastrack Holdings Private Ltd.) wasincorporated on 28th August 1991 by the Registrar ofCompanies Maharashtra.For the year ended 31st March 1993 the total income of thecompany was Rs. 6.15 lacs with a profit after a tax of Rs. 5.80 lacs. In the year 1993-94 the company commencedtrading in food products. During the year 1993-94 theturnover from trading operations was Rs. 60.67 and fromfinancial activities Rs. 9.82 lacs.Fiscal was also engaged in leasing business for which thecompany did business worth Rs. 15 lacs whereafter leasingoperations were stopped as per stipulations of NationalStock Exchange.To reflect the true nature of the activities of thecompany the name was changed to FASTRACK INVESTMENTSERVICES AND COMMERCIAL ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED (FISCAL)vide fresh certificate of incorporation consequent onchange of name issued by Registrar of CompaniesMaharashtra dt. 20-7-1994. The company was thereafterconverted into a limited company and obtained certificateof change of name from Registrar of Companies Maharashtradt. 30-11-94.To adhere to the rules and regulations of NSEIL FISCAL hasceased its trading activities of food product from 1-10-94and will carry on the same in a subsidiary company SunayanaiAgro Products Pvt. Ltd.
