Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 01 2009 the name of our Company was changed to “Envirotech Systems Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 10 2009 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 04 2022 our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of our Company was changed to “Envirotech Systems Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 03rd 2022 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies NCT of Delhi and Haryana.
