Dr.Agarwal and his family are in the business of providingtotal eye care for the past three decades. Though the corporateentity Dr.Agarwal''s Eye Hospital Limited is new the promotersof this venture have a tack record of more than 35 years insuccessfully running the eye hospital. Upto 30th September1994 the eye care facility was provided by the Agarwal familythrough various partnership firms owned by the family members.From 01.10.94 onwards the entire hospital business is carriedon by the newly floated company. Dr.Agarwal''s Eye HospitalLimited and all the firms which were in this business upto 30thSeptember 1994 have ceased to carry on their operations from01.10.1994 onwards. As such Dr.Agarwal''s Eye Hospital Limitedhas the distinct advantage of capitalising on the reputationbuilt by the Agarwals over a period of 37 years and aim atfurther growth by carrying out immediate expansion.
