The Company was originally formed as a partnership firm under the Partnership Act 1932 (“Partnership Act”) in the name and style of “M/s D. P. Jewellers” pursuant to a deed of partnership dated April 1 2003 entered between Mr. Ratanlal Kataria and Mr. Anil Kataria. The terms and conditions relating to partners remuneration was modified by partnership deed dated April 1 2006. Later the partnership firm was registered with Registar of Firms Madhya Pradesh vide certificate dated February 08 2017. The name of the partnership firm “M/s D.P. Jewellers” was changed to “M/s D. P. Abhushan” and new partners were admitted pursuant to partnership deed dated February 14 2017. “M/s. D.P. Abhushan” was thereafter converted from partnership firm to Public Limited Company under Part I Chapter XXI of the Companies Act 2013 with the name of “D. P. Abhushan Limited” and received a certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre Manesar Gurugram on May 2 2017 bearing registration no. 043234/2017-18 and Corporate Identification Number U74999MP2017PLC043234.Key Events and Mile Stones2003- Started Business as Partnership Firm in the name of “M/s D.P.
