Further name of our company was changed to “Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Private Limited” vide special resolution dated October 14 2021. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad on October 18 2021. Further our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to “Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Limited” vide special resolution dated October 22 2021. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion into public limited Company was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad on November 9 2021.
