The Company was incorporated on 22.06.92 under theCompanies Act 1956 as a Private Limited Company andsubsequently became deemed Public Limited Company on18.11.92 under section 43 (a) (1) of the Companies Act.1956. The Company changed to a Public Limited Companyw.e.f. 30.09.94.On 27.7.92 the company entered into an agreement withBhabha Atomic Research Centre Trombay (BARC) for transferof technology for the manufacture of Invert Sugar Syrup. Asa result of this agreement the company received laboratoryscale technology from BARC. The pilot plant with acapacity of 0.45 tpd was commissioned in April 1993which successfully established the process parameters. Thecommercial scale plant of 5 tpd was commissioned on17.9.94. This plant has now been scaled upto 10 tpd and ispart of the present project of 20 tpd capacity plantPresent BusinessThe Company is presently engaged in setting up the Projectfor the manufacture of Invert Sugar Syrup with a totalinstalled capacity of 20 tpd (6000 tpa).SubsidiaryThe Company does not have any subsidiary.Other Group Companies but Operation not yet started are as foloows:Name Area of Operation1.
