Our Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company in the name and style of “Deem Roll-Tech Private Limited” under the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated May 1 2003 issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
