Subsequently the Company obtained the certificate ofcommencement of Business from the Registrar of Companies U.P.Kanpur on 11th March 1992. The name of the company was changedon 03.08.94. After Incorporation the company came to know thatthere is another listed company in the name of VinayakIndustries Ltd. registered with Registrar of Companies Jaipur.Therefore the name of the company was changed.The company is a non banking financial company and is governedby the Non-banking Financial Companies (Reserve Bank of India)Directives 1977 issue by the Reserve Bank of India. Sinceincorporation the company is mainly engaged in the business ofinvestment and trading of securities and intercorporate loansand advances. The Company moved an application for admission asa member for capital market segment of National Stock Exchangeof India Ltd. and the company received the consent of NSE forthe same on 16th May 1994 vide their letter Ref.No.:1515/NSE/CM/ME.
