COMFORT FININVEST LIMITED was incorporated as a Public LimitedCompany on 17th October 1994 and obtained Commencement ofBusiness Certificate on 21st October 1994 under theCompanies Act 1956 and the Centre of ROC (where thecompany is registered) is situated at Daulat Building St.Inez Panaji Goa 403 001.The Company has been advising its Clients on variousmatters relating to Company formation system andfeasibility studies project report preparations appraisaland loan syndications devising means of finance andvarious public issue related matters such as liaisoning &co-ordinations with lead managers underwriters brokersbankers registrars to the issues Registrar of Companiesapplications to Stock exchanges for listing etc..The Company is also engaged in financial activities such asLeasing and Bill Discounting arrangements and workingcapital management; Inter Corporate Deposits; Consultancyin Company Law Matters; and setting up Internal ControlSystems and Management information system.The Company is awaiting the SEBI Registration to Act asMerchant Banker (Category III) and Registrar to the Issue &Transfer Agents (Category I).SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANYThe Company does not have any subsidiary within the meaningof Section 4 of the Companies Act 1956.
