JSG LEASING LIMITED (JSGL) was incorporated on October 271989 to carry on the business of leasing and hirepurchase. The Company became Public Limited with effectfrom June 19th 1995 and consequently a fresh Certificate ofincorporation for change in name to JSG Leasing Limited wasobtained on July 7th 1995. The company''s gross assets basehas increased from Rs.9.56 lacs in 1990 to Rs. 54.65 lacsin 1995.The Company had its Registered Office at 116 DeepaliNehru Place New Delhi and subsequently in June 1995 theRegistered Office was changed to 133 Nehru Apartments NewDelhi which is taken on the lease w.e.f 1st July 1995. TheCompany is still using 116 Deepali Nehru Place to carryout its business activities and the same premises are ownedby one of the group ventures.The Company at present is mainly carrying out the activtiesof hire purchase and leasing and now proposes to expand itsoperations in leasing and hire purchase and also carry outthe activities of investment in shares bill discountingand other allied financial services.As on march 31 1995 the Comany had total funds of Rs.51.31lacs which were employed to the extent of Rs.2.43 lacs inown assets Rs.3.57 lacs in leased assets and Rs. 45.31lacs in current assets which also includes assets given onhire purchase.The Existing and Proposed actlvitiqs of the Company arecovered by the objects of the Company.SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANYThe Company does not have any Subsidiary Company.
