The Company was incorporated as ‘Sri Distikemi Private Limited’ on November 7 2003 in Pune Maharashtra as a privatelimited company under the Companies Act 1956 as amended. Thereafter the name of the Company was changed to ‘Clean Science and Technology Private Limited’ pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders in an extraordinary general meeting held on July 31 2006 to reflect the Company’s vision of focusing on sustainable chemistry led by innovative technology and lower carbon effluents and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 25 2006 was issued by the RoC.
