Consequent upon the conversion of the Company to public limited company and as approved by the shareholders of the company pursuant to a special resolution dated 19-05-2018 the name of the Company was changed to “CITY PULSE MULTIPLEX LIMITED.” and fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 28 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat.
