The Company was incorporated with Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Bombay on 28th March 1985 as a public limited company under the name and style of "PALLICID TRADES & FINANCE LIMITED" and obtained Certificate of commencement of Business on 10th May 1985.The Company came out with public issue of 500000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in November 1985 and subsequently with Right Issue in 1988 & 1990 of 500000 Equity Shares of 10/- each & of 1000000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each respectively.The name of the Company was changed to "CHAMBAL BREWERIES & DISTILLERIES LIMITED" on 11th March 1994.The Company entered into a running partnership firm M/S Shyam Sunder Parasram & Party at KOTA (Raj) engaged in trading of Indian Made Foreign Liquor Beer & Country Liquor on 1st April 1994 & subsequently on 2nd April 1994 the firm was dissolved & taken over by the Company as its proprietorship concern which is now being operated bythe Company.
