Our Company was incorporated as “Cargotrans Maritime Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated April 16 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Havelli having CIN as U63012GJ2012PTC069896. Thereafter our Company was converted from private limited to public limited pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company on June 01 2022 and the name of the Company was changed from “Cargotrans Maritime Private Limited” to “Cargotrans Maritime Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 06 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat.
