The Company was originally incorporated on January 05 2010 as 'Captain Pipes Private Limited' under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra & Nagar Havelli. Subsequently the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 26 2014 and the name of the Company was changed to 'Captain Pipes Limited'pursuant to issuance of fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 23 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Ahmedabad.
