Our Company was incorporated on July 10 2012 as “CapitalNumbers Infotech Private Limited” a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on April 05 2024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to “CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 18 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal. The corporate identification number of our Company is U72200WB2012PLC183599.Major Events and Milestones:2012- Our company originally incorporated as private company with name of “CapitalNumbers Infotech Private Limited” dated July 10 2012.2014- Expanded into web mobile and e-commerce solutions doubling team size and achieving significant revenue growth.2016- Began international operations in the US and Australia; team grew to 200 marking a significant global footprint.2018- Achieved ISO 9001 Certification and inaugurated a state-of-the-art facility in Kolkata.2020- Recognized as a digital solutions leader with multiple awards; team expanded to 250 professionals.
