C2C Advanced Systems Share price

Our Company was incorporated as "C2C – DB Systems Private Limited" a private limited company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated February 21 2018 issued by the RoC Karnataka at Bengaluru. Subsequently the name of our Company was changed to “C2C Advanced Systems Private Limited” pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders in an Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 21 2022 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 12 2022 was issued by the RoC.
