Our Company was originally incorporated on October 22 2007 as a private limited company as “Marshal Vinimay Private Limited” vide Registration No. 282631 under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies West Bengal. Subsequently pursuant to a special resolution of our Shareholders passed in the annual general meeting held on September 25 2019 our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Marshal Vinimay Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on January 02 2020 by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. Subsequently our Company’s name was changed to B-Right RealEstate Limited by passing of resolution on August 28 2020 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to name change was issued on September 25 2020 by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.
