The Company was originally incorporated as “Bombay Metrics Supply Chain Private Limited” on March 28 2015 as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra. the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on April 14 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to “Bombay Metrics Supply Chain Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 21 2021 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra.
