The Company was acquired by thepresent promoter Shri K.C. Bokadia on acquiring controllingrights by purchasing the 15000 equity shares of theCompany. The name of the Company was changed to BMB Music &Magnetics Pvt. Ltd with effect from 21st Dec 1994 and on2nd March 1995 the Company was converted into a PublicLimited Company and received a fresh certificate ofIncorporation from the ROC West Bengal at Calcutta.The Company was engaged in trading activities till 31stDec 1994.
