Our Company was originally formed as a partnership firm in the name and style of “Blue Water Logistics” pursuant to deed of partnership dated April 16 2010. Blue Water Logistics was thereafter converted from a Partnership Firm to Private Limited company under Part I chapter XXI of the Companies Act 2013 with the name and style of “Blue Water Logistics Private Limited” and received a certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre dated August 22 2022. Subsequently our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of Company was changed from “Blue Water Logistics Private Limited” to “Blue Water Logistics Limited” pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on May 30 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 25 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identity Number of our Company is U63030TG2022PLC165815.MAJOR EVENTS IN THE HISTORY:2010- Constituted as a Partnership Firm in the name and style of “M/s. Blue Water Logistics”.2021- During the financial year 2021-22 the erstwhile partnership firm M/s. Blue Water Logistics was also engaged in the business of trading electrical items which included fans lamps LEDs etc. Later the partnership firm decided to discontinue its trading activities related to electrical items due to business considerations.2022- Partnership Firm converted to Private Limited Company and Name changed to “Blue Water Logistics Private Limited”.- Got membership as an allied member of Federation of Freight Forwarders' Associations in India2023- Granted Certificate of Registration for Multimodal Transport Operator under the Multimodal transportation of Goods Act 1993 from Ministry of Ports Shipping and Waterways.2024- Converted to Public Limited Company and consequent name change to “Blue Water Logistics Limited”.- Awarded ISO 9001:2015 for the Quality Management System.- Received Certificate of Accreditation from International Air Transport Association (IATA) for meeting professional standards to promote sell and handle international air cargo transportation.- Got Certificate of Participation from FIATA Group Bond Programme.
