The Company was originally incorporated as ‘Bizotic Commercial Private Limited’ under the provisions of Companies Act 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 292016 bearing Corporate Identification Number U74999GJ2016PTC094934 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre Ministry of Corporate Affairs Government of India. Subsequently the Company was converted in to a public limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on December 15 2022 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to “Bizotic Commercial Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad dated December 26 2022.
