The company was incorporated at Bombay in Maharashtra on 27th November 1992 as a Public Ltd. company. The certificate of commencement of business was obtained on 24th February 1993. The company has been incorporated with the object of imparting Computer Education and hasbeen presently imparting Computer Education under the banner of BUREAU OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STUDIES (BITS). BITS was originally promoted by Mr. Pradeep Khanna and was run as division of M/s. Jukaso Silk Mills a partnership concern of Mr. Pradeep Khanna. The Goodwill and the Trade Mark rights were transferred by M/s. Jukaso Silk Millfree from all liabilities to M/s. BITS Enterprises vide assignment deed dated 4th December 1992. M/s. BITS Enterprises in turn assigned the goodwill and trade mark right for BITS to the company vide agreement to assign dated 1st December 1992 which was followed by Deed of Assignment dated 29th July 1994.
