The company was incorporated as a Private Limited Companyon 15th June 1992 with Registrar of Companies Gujarat atAhmedabad and was converted into Perfect Weavers Limited apublic limited Company on 8th September 1993. The Companyhas an existing unit at Kalol Gujarat engaged in themanufacture & export of 100% cotton fabrics made from dyed& grey yarn. The unit started commercial production fromSeptember 1992.Initially to establish itself in the market the companywas doing job work (weaving) for M/s Bharat Vijay MillsLimited a well known established Textile Mill inAhmedabad However the Company has not entered into anyagreement with Bharat Vijay Mills Ltd. for doing the jobwork. The margin of profit was low and at the same time itcould not utilise its optimum capacity. However in 1993-94the Company improved its capacity utilisation and alsostarted exporting part of its fabrics through merchantexporters after getting it processed at Bharat Vijay MillsLimited where realisations were better. Encouraged by theresponse to the quality of their fabrics the Companydecided to expand its weaving capacity from 11.40 lacmeters per annum to 39.89 lac meters per annum byinstalling machineries for Weaving & Yarn Dyeing facility.
