The Company was incorporated on July 19 2004 as 'Bileshwar Industrial Estate Developers Private Limited' under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The name of our Company was changed to 'Bhanderi Infracon Private Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 26 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra & Nagar Havelli.
