Sahyog Credits Ltd. was incorporated as a Public LimitedCompany on 10 January 1992 under the Companies Act 1956with the main object of undertaking investment businessdealing in shares an securities etc. The company obtainedcertificate of commencement of business on 14th January1992.The Company was promoted by Sh. Sanjay Jain and Mr.Rajinder Kumar in the year 1992. They were also the firstdirectors of the company alongwith Sh. Jitinder Kumar. InSeptember 1994 Sh. Sanjay Jain resigned as Director andSh. Jeevan Naryal was inducted as director of the company.In March 1995 Sh. Rajinder Kumar resigned from thedirectorship and Mr. Gautam Bhardwaj joined as promoterdirector. However in March 1996 Sh. Amrik Singh joined aspromoter director and Mr. Jeevan Naryal resigned fromdirectorship. Now the company has two new promoters namelySh. Amrik Singh and Sh. Gautam Bhardwaj. Promoters planto diversify the business of the company into fund basedactivities like leasing hire purchase dealing insecurities etc.The present Promoters do not have any dispute with theprevious promoters.PRESENT AND PAST ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANYThe Company started its operations in the month of January1992.
