Power Controls Private Limited' under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated June 12 2008 bearing registration no. 179414 in Delhi. Subsequently The Company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 21 2013 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to B.C.
