History and BackgroundThe Company was originally incorporated as MNM Triplewall Containers Private Limited at Bangalore Karnataka as a Private Limited Company under the provision of Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August 23 2011 bearing registration No. 060106 issued by the Registrar of Companies Karnataka. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to B&B Triplewall Containers Private Limited vide special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company in their meeting held on April 03 2018 and Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Bangalore on May 02 2018. the Company was then converted into a public limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members at their meeting held on May 14 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to B&B Triplewall Containers Limited vide a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated June 13 2018 was issued by Registrar of Companies Bangalore. The Corporate Identification number of the Company is U21015KA2011PLC060106.The Company is engaged in business of corrugated boxes. the manufacturing facilities are divided into two units.
