Our Company was incorporated as “Baweja Movies Private Limited” on March 16 2001 under the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. Further the name of our Company was changed to “Baweja Studios Private Limited” vide special resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting dated July 09 2021. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to name change was issued on September 06 2021 by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.
