Our Company was originally incorporated as a public limited Company under the name of “Baheti Metal and Ferro Alloys Limited” on December 28 1994 under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat bearing registration number as 04-24001.
