Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to AVSL Industries Private Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 07 2008. Later the Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to which the name of the Company was changed to “AVSL Industries Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 24 2016.
