JBM Tools Limited (hereinafter referred to as ''The Company'') was incorporated as a public limited company on 13th March 1990 and received the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 14th September 1990. The Company is promoted by Shri S.K. Arya and Associates together with Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation (HSIDC). Initially the Company''s operations were developmental in nature being engaged in developing tools dies and moulds for various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of automobiles and other products on tool room machinery leased from Gurera Gas Cylinders Limited (GGCL) a group company.JBMT has its existing plant with a capacity of 3500 tpa in Faridabad Haryana and is presently engage in the manufacture of sheet metal components tools and dies for Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. Ashok Leyland Ltd. TELCO Ltd. Maruti Udyog Ltd. Greaves Ltd. etc. The Company commenced operations in 1990 for tools and dies and in 1994 for sheet metal components.
