Our Company was incorporated on June 12 2015 under the name and style of ‘Austere Systems Private Limited a private limited company under the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Pune. Pursuant to a special resolution of our Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 18 2024 our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Austere Systems Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 29 2024 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies Pune.
